This season, we’ve grown two delicious varieties:
Purple Garlic
Juicier with a mild, sweet flavour. Perfect for enjoying raw in salads, or sauteed or baked for aromatic lift to any dish.
Elephant Garlic
Slightly garlicky and mildly pungent. Its sweeter, more subtle flavour shines in dishes where you want depth without the strong bite.
If you love cooking, this is where our garlic really shines. Expect a strong, fresh aroma the moment you break the bulb – firm, juicy cloves that chop, slice, and roast beautifully!
