This season, our Rose Zee plums have found their way into a beautifully crafted Plum Saison thanks to the team at Caldera Brewing & Blending Co.
Based in South Murwillumbah, NSW, Caldera is a small-batch brewery known for producing distinctive barrel-aged saisons that celebrate local ingredients and a true sense of place. Their brewing philosophy aligns closely with our farming values: work with nature, respect the seasons, and allow quality ingredients to speak for themselves!
For this collaboration, Caldera transformed our organically grown Rose Zee plums into a refreshing drink that captures the flavour and character of the season’s harvest. The beer is matured over time, allowing layers of flavour to develop while maintaining the light, crispiness that saisons are popular for.

If you want to taste the fruit behind the beer, our organically grown Rose Zee plums will be back in season from November 2026. Available for a limited time each year, you can pre-order fresh from the farm so you won’t miss out on this much-loved seasonal treat.
