Beef Etiquette
Seize the moo-vement! We don’t know how much our cows will weigh in advance; to avoid unnecessary waste we will only process cows pre-sold by non-refundable deposit payment. We’re going to release beef per quarter noting an average total weight of approximately 60 kilograms. All cuts will be packaged in cryovac bags for longer storage.

Collection
Beef will come directly from the butcher near our farm (Messines Farm, Amiens) by refrigeration to our Burleigh Heads location.
Collection date TBC (will be a Saturday) in late January 2025, pick up Burleigh Heads.
Balance Payments
When you collect your order we will balance up all of the economics for the per kilo rate noted above.
The price will be the difference between the initial payment and the weight of the beef you receive.
As a guideline, we estimate the cost for one-quarter of beef to be between $1080- $1140
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU BUDGET FOR MORE KG THAN THE INITIAL PAYMENT AMOUNT.
If your deposit is higher than the price per kg of the final package, you will be credited the difference.
The balance will be calculated and must be paid on collection.
